The Elevantro client portal
Elevantro runs outbound campaigns for B2B companies: we define the audience, write the messages and send them by email and LinkedIn. In this portal our clients follow everything in one place.
What you do in the portal
- Follow your campaign results: messages sent, replies and positive replies per campaign.
- Read every reply from a lead and answer it right away, in the full conversation.
- See how your campaigns are set up: audience, copy, planning and what has been delivered.
Replying from your own mailbox
A client can connect their business mailbox, for example through Google. When they then answer a lead from the portal, the reply leaves from their own address, with the earlier conversation quoted below, so the conversation continues in their own inbox.
For this the portal asks only for permission to send email (gmail.send) and to confirm your email address. It does not read your mailbox, and it only sends what you write yourself and choose to send. You can disconnect at any time under Account.
